Sollte aus bestimmten Gründen der
Austausch von Teilen von Ihnen selbst
vorgenommen werden, sind nachfol-
gende Hinweise sowie die einzelnen
Schrittfolgen zu beachten.
Des weiteren sollten alle Ersatz- oder
Verschleißteile, die nicht kurzfristig
lieferbar sind, bei Ihnen auf Lager
liegen. Produktionsausfälle sind in der
Regel teurer als die Kosten für das
Ersatzteil.
Demontierte Schrauben werden
grundsätzlich in gleicher Qualität (Fes-
tigkeit, Werkstoff) und Ausführung
ersetzt.
Vor Beginn jeder Instandsetzung an
der Maschine und deren Antrieben
sind diese vor unbeabsichtigtem Ein-
schalten zu sichern.

TEC-Originalteile
7.4 Die Diamant-Segmente
Um ein gleichmäßiges, sauberes
Schleifbild auf der zu bearbeitenden
Oberfläche zu erzielen, ist die richtige
Wahl der Schleifbewegung der Ma-
schine, sowie die für die Oberfläche
geeignete Diamant-Segmente zu be-
achten.(Siehe Kap.3.4)
Eine nicht gleichmäßig bestückte Aus-
rüstung führt zu einer Unwucht der
Maschine, wodurch ein übermäßiger
Verschleiß auftritt.
Für defekte Maschinenteile jeglicher
Art, die auf eine nicht sachgemäße
Montage deuten, übernimmt die Firma
AIRTEC keine Gewährleistung.
Folgende 2 Faktoren beeinflus-
sen das Schleifbild:

Si, pour telle ou telle raison, vous devez
remplacer vous-même des pièces, veuil-
lez tenir compte des remarques suivantes
et respecter l'ordre des opérations.
En outre, vous devriez avoir en stocks
toutes les pièces de rechange ou d'usure
qui ne peuvent être livrées rapidement.
Les arrêts de la production sont en géné-
ral plus chers que l'acquisition de pièces
détachées.
Les vis enlevées doivent être remplacées
par des vis de la même qualité (solidité,
matériau) et du même modèle.
Avant toute réparation sur la machine et
ses moteurs, prévenir tout démarrage
inopiné.

N'utilisez
que
des
d'origine AIRTEC.
7.4 Les Segments à diamants
Pour obtenir une surface de ponçage
régulière et soignée, il est important de
veiller au choix correct du mouvement de
ponçage de la machine et d'utiliser le
segments à diamants adéquat pour la
surface à traiter.(Voir chap. 3.4)
Si l'Équipement n'est pas équipé de fa-
çon équilibrée, la machine est déséquili-
brée, ce qui entraîne une usure exces-
sive.
Pour les pièces de machines défec-
tueuses de toute nature qui indiquent que
le montage n'a pas été fait correctement,
la société AIRTEC n'assure aucune ga-
rantie.
Les deux facteurs suivants in-
fluencent le résultat du ponçage:

If you decide for any reason to
replace parts yourself, please com-
ply with the following instructions
and work in the sequence shown.
In addition, you should always keep
stocks of spare or wearing parts
that cannot be supplied at short
notice. Production losses are usual-
ly more expensive than the costs of
the spare part.
Any screws you remove must be
replaced in the same quality
(strength, material) and design.
Before starting repair work on the
machine and the drives, make sure
they cannot be switched on acci-
dentally.

7.4 The diamond segments
In order to achieve a uniform and
workmanlike ground finish on the
floor surface, it is essential to select
the appropriate machine grinding
motion and the diamond segments
most suitable for the surface to be
prepared (see Section 3.4)
If the equipment is incorrectly fitted,
this will lead to the machine being
unbalanced and to excessive wear.
AIRTEC does not guarantee defec-
tive machine parts of any kind that
point to incorrect assembly AIR-
TEC.
