Betriebsanleitung
Allgemeines
EIN-Schalter
Auf dem Schaltkasten befindet sich der
EIN-Schalter.(
SCHWARZER oder GRÜNER
TASTER)
Bei Inbetriebnahme muss die Maschi-
ne:
FLACH AUF DEM BODEN AUFLIEGEN!
MASCHINE NICHT KIPPEN, SOLANGE
SIE LÄUFT!
Not-Aus-Schalter
Roter Pilzdruckschalter, bei Druck auf
diesen Schalter wird die Stromzufuhr zu
dem Antriebsmotor sofort unterbrochen.
Wiederstart: Arretierung durch DREHEN
lösen.
Unterspannungsauslöser
Ein eingebauter Unterspannungsauslöser
unterbricht die Stromzufuhr augenblick-
lich, wenn z.B. die Sicherung herausfällt,
Stromschwankungen auftreten oder ein
Kabel beschädigt ist.
3.5 Die Diamantsegmente
Es gibt kein Segment das „ALLES"
kann! Informieren Sie sich bei Ihrem
Händler, oder direkt bei AIRTEC. Sie
werden durch unsere Fachleute immer
gut beraten.
Sortiment/Auswahl
AIRTEC verfügt über ein grosse Auswahl
an Schleif/und Frässegmenten.
Standard: Korn 6-150 für Allgemeine
Schleifarbeiten.
Soft-Bond: Korn 6-150 für Harte Beläge.
Medium-Bond: Korn 6-150 für Mittlere
Beläge.
Hart-Bond: Korn 6-150 für Weiche
Beläge.

Généralités
Commutateur marche
Le commutateur marche est situé sur
le coffret de command.(NOIR ou
VERT)
Pour la mise en service, la machine
doit être placée :
1.TOUT A FAIT PLAT SUR LA SUR-
FACE!
2. NE PAS INCLINER LA MA-
CHINE, PENDANT QUE LE MO-
TEUR TOURNE ENCORE !
Interrupteur d'arrêt d'urgence
Bouton-poussoir rouge type champi-
gnon; une pression sur ce bouton
interrompt immédiatement l'alimenta-
tion électrique du moteur.
Redémarrage: Débloquer le dispositif
en TOURNANT le bouton.
Déclencheur à minimum de
tension
Un déclencheur à minimum de ten-
sion incorporé interrompt immédiate-
ment l'alimentation électrique, si par
exemple le fusible saute, la tension
électrique est irrégulière ou un câble
est endommagé.
3.5 Les Segments à diamants
Il n'existe aucun segment à diamant
capable de « TOUT » ! Renseignez-
vous auprès de votre revendeur ou
directement chez AIRTEC. Vous serez
toujours bien conseillé par nos spécia-
listes.
Assortiment/Choix
La sélection des segments à diamants
chez AIRTEC est énorme.
Standard: Grainage 6-150 pour meu-
lage générale.
Soft-Bond: Grainage 6-150 pour
revête- ment dur.
Medium-Bond: Grainage 6-150 pour
revêtement moyen.
Hart-Bond: Grainage 6-150 pour
revêtement doux.

ON- switch
The ON- switch is on the switchbox.
(BLACK or GREEN)
When placing into operation:
1.MACHINE MUST BE PLACED
EVEN TO THE SURFACE!
2.DO NOT TILT THE MACHINE, AS
LONG AS THE MOTOR IS RUNNING
Emergency stop switch
Red mushroom switch; pressing this
switch cuts off the current to the drive
immediately.
Restarting: TURN to unlock the lock-
ing element.
Under voltage release
An integrated under voltage release
cuts off the current supply immediately
if, e.g., the fuse falls out, current fluc-
tuations occur or a cable is damaged.

There is no one diamond segment that
"CAN DO EVERTHING"! Please con-
sult your local dealer or contact AIR-
TEC directly. Our specialists are al-
ways on hand to give sound advice.
Assortment/Choice
AIRTEC has a great assortement of
abrading and polishing segments.
Standard: Grain 6-150 for general
abrading and polishing.
Soft-Bond: Grain 6-150 for hard-
flooring.
Medium-Bond: Grain 6-150 for medium-
flooring.
Hard-Bond: Grain 6-150 for soft-
flooring.
