The hose reel can be wall mounted or mounted on the ceiling,
see figure 2 and 3.
NOTE: The hose reel must be installed at a minimum height of
2.5 m over the floor.
•
Install the hose reel on a solid wall or ceiling with a smooth
surface using two ø 8 mm screws.
•
Do always connect the hose reel to the air line by means of
a flexible hose.
•
Install an air shut off valve between the line and the hose
reel for safety and for ease of maintenance.
IMPORTANT: The manufacturer declines all responsibility of
injury or damages caused by an incorrect installation.

L'enrouleur peut aussi bien être monté sur le mur que sur le
plafond (voir figures 2 et 3).
NOTE : L'enrouleur doit toutefois être installé à une hauteur
minimum de 2.5 m du sol.

Installer l'enrouleur sur un mur ou plafond suffisamment
résistant, sur une surface lisse à l'aide de deux vis de 8 mm
de diamètre.
•
Toujours brancher l'enrouleur à la ligne d'air à l'aide d'un
flexible.
•
Installer une vanne de sécurité entre la ligne d'air et
l'enrouleur afin de protéger et faciliter l'entretien de ce
dernier.
IMPORTANT : Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas
de lésions ou dommages provoqués sur une installation dite
non-conforme.

The automatic locking mechanism is operating on one half
of a turn of the drum and is released by gently pulling the
hose.
•
Do always hold the hose back when rewinding in order to
avoid malfunction and injuries to people.
•
Check periodically all connections and the hose for wear or
damage and the hose reel for a correct operation. Replace
damaged parts with original spare parts.
•
Lubricate with oil the swivel and the shaft through the
hexagonal hole in the casing (part numbers 500110 and
500111).

El enrollador se puede montar en la pared o en el techo (ver
figura 2 y 3).
NOTA: El enrollador se debe instalar a una altura mínima de
2,5 m sobre el suelo.
•
Instale el enrollador en una pared o techo resistente, en una
superficie lisa usando dos tornillos de ø 8 mm de diámetro.
•
Conecte siempre el enrollador a la línea de aire por medio
de una manguera flexible.
•
Instale una válvula de corte entre la línea y el enrollador por
seguridad y facilidad de mantenimiento.
IMPORTANTE: El fabricante declina toda responsabilidad ante
lesiones o daños provocados por una instalación incorrecta.

Der Schlauchaufroller kann an der Wand oder an der Decke
montiert werden, gem. Bild 2 und Bild 3.
Beachten: Der Schlauchaufroller muss in einer Höhe von min.
2,5m über dem Fussboden montiert sein.
•
Untergrund für die Montage sollte eine stabile, für Dübel
geeignete Wand sein. Die Befestigung erfolgt mit 2
Schrauben 8mm.
•
Die Verbindung mit der Druckluftleitung erfolgt mit einem
flexiblen Schlauch.
•
Zwischen Schlauchaufroller und Druckluftleitung wird ein
Sperr-ventil montiert zu Erhöhung der Sicherheit und der
besseren Wartung.
Wichtig: Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Verletzungen und
Schäden, die durch falsche Installation und Anschluss des
Gerätes entstehen.

IMPORTANTE: El mantenimiento ha de ser llevado a cabo por
personal especializado y de acuerdo con las instrucciones
reflejadas en este manual.
•
El mecanismo automático de bloqueo se acciona con media
vuelta de la bobina y se libera sacando suavemente la
manguera.
•
Sujete siempre la manguera al recogerla para evitar
funcionamiento incorrecto y lesiones.
•
Compruebe periódicamente todas las conexiones y el
desgaste o daños en la manguera para un correcto
funcionamiento. Reemplace las partes dañadas con
recambios originales.
•
Lubrique la rótula y el eje con aceite por el agujero
hexagonal en la carcasa (en versiones 500110 y 500111).
