11. Cleaning and care

NOTICE!
Risk of damage!

Do not use any aggressive chemical agents,
scouring agents or hard sponges for cleaning.
 You must always keep the heart rate monitor sensor surfaces on the underside
of the fitness watch clean, as measurement values may be affected if you do not
do so.
 Clean the external surfaces of the fitness watch regularly with a damp cloth.

12. Storing the device when not in use

 Switch off the fitness watch when not in use and store it in a dry, dust-free
environment.
 Carry out a complete discharging and charging cycle each month. This prevents
the battery from completely discharging and becoming permanently damaged
making it unable to be charged again.

13. Troubleshooting

Possible cause
The battery is not
charged.
The sensor surfaces are
dirty.
The strap is too loose
around the wrist.
No Bluetooth

The step length has
been set incorrectly.
Solution
 Charge the fitness watch.
 Clean the sensor surfaces.
 Make sure that the strap
is not fastened too loosely
around your wrist.
 Perform the Bluetooth
pairing again.
 If necessary, uninstall the
MEDION® Fitness app
and then reinstall it with
subsequent Bluetooth
pairing.
 Check the step length
that has been set in the
app and correct this if
necessary.
