Additional information for two point calibration of water activity (Sensor 2):
CAL2L, CAL2H: In menu CAL2L the lower value and in menu CAL2H the
higher value can be calibrated. The lower value must be in the range
0.000...0.400, the higher value must be in the range 0.600...0.950.
Two point calibration is not possible outside the range!
The maximum offset per point is +/- 0.100 and can be entered in 0.001
steps. Incorrect calibration is indicated by CAL FAIL and must be repeated.
Important: Two point calibration should be carried out by accredited
laboratories when possible! The factory settings can be restored by
setting the offset to 0.000.
Entering oil specific parameters for calculating the water content:
To display the water content x [ppm] correctly for different oils, an oil
specific parameter must be set. This parameter is the saturation ratio of
specific oils and can be requested from the manufacturer.
The parameter (A=-1663.3 / B=7.37 ) for calculating the water content of
mineral transformer oil is set by the factory.
The oil specific parameter A (-1999.9...100.0) can be set with function A,
parameter B (0.00...20.00) with function B. Parameters can only be set
with the functions A and B, if x [ppm] is selected as the measurand for
the water content.
