NOTE: The recommended time of use is 30 minutes per day. If you wish to use it
again, wait 60 minutes and then turn it on.
MODES
Mode 1: Normal sit-up mode:
Exercise anterior rectus abdominis and transverses abdominis to strengthen the
core of abdomen and share the work of muscle group of waist, so as to protect
lumbar vertebrae, improve body balance, increase basal metabolic rate, promote
heat consumption, reduce abdominal fat and reach the effect of body shaping.
Mode 2: Normal abdominal curl with trunk twisting mode:
Exercise intra-abdominal external oblique muscles at the both sides of abdomen,
strengthen gravity center control of body rotation and lateral bending and improve
the stability of body.
Mode 3: Abdomen extension mode:
Make centrifugal movement of muscles of upper and lower abdomen to stretch
and relax abdominal muscles to reach the shaping effect of abdominal muscles.
Mode 4: Sit-up speed mode:
Exercise the whole abdominal muscle group (surface muscle and deep muscle)
through fast-slow inputting of sports signal, so as to reach the effect of aerobic
exercise of abdomen, meanwhile, promote core stability and strengthen body
control and balance.
Mode 5: flank bending and extension mode:
Make abdomen have the effect of aerobic exercise and improve the control
capacity of flank through orderly exchange movement of flank muscles
Mode 6: Abdominal core strengthening:
Strengthen to exercise abdominal deep muscle group (internal oblique muscle
and transverse muscle of abdomen), enhance abdominal core control and
improve the balance force of body.
Mode 7: Abdominal extension and relaxation:
