8. TROUBLESHOOTING

The maintenance work authorised by Duplex International S.r.l. is indicated in section
"7. MAINTENANCE".
The content of this chapter is not exhaustive. Instead, it aims to provide information on the
most common problems in order to help specialised technicians to find the fault in question.

PROBLEM
Wet stripes on the sides
The floor remains wet

Irregular paths are covered.
Recovery tank scrapers
dirty or worn.
The squeegees are dirty or
worn.
The suction recovery hose
is clogged.
The cap of the suction tank
is positioned incorrectly.
Recovery tank with dirty or
worn scrapers.
Worn brushes.
Cleaning liquid not coming
out.

Clean or replace the
scrapers.
