MALFUNCTIONING.
REMEDIES.
1. The gate neither opens nor closes, the
electric motor does not work, there is
no sound or vibration.
a. Check that the electronic control unit is
powered correctly;
b. Make sure the motor is receiving power;
c. Ensure the fuses are in good order;
d. Make sure the gearmotor starting capacitor
is in proper working order and securely
connected to the phase wires of the motor.
2. The gate does not open, the motor
works but there is no movement.
a. Check the manual release device;
b. Make sure that the thrust force has been
adjusted correctly;
c. Make sure there is nothing hindering gate
movement.
3. The gearmotor carries out the reverse
operation (closing instead of opening).
a. Invert the black and red phase wires on the
electronic control unit.

1. Der Getriebemotor öffnet und schließt
nicht, der Elektromotor funktioniert
nicht, und es besteht keinerlei Geräusch
oder Vibration.
a. Überprüfen, daß die elektronische
Steuerzentrale ordnungsgemäß mit Strom
versorgt ist;
b. Sicherstellen, daß der Motor mit Strom
versorgt ist;
c. Die Leitungsfähigkeit der Sicherungen
überprüfen;
d. Überprüfen, daß der Kondensator für den
Start des Getriebemotors leistungsfähig
und richtig an den Phasendrähten des
Motors angeschlossen ist.
2. Der Getriebemotor öffnet nicht, der
Motor funktioniert, aber es erfolgt keine
Bewegung.
a. Die manuelle Entriegelungsvorrichtung
überprüfen;
b. Sicherstellen, daß die Einstellung der
Hubkraft korrekt durchgeführt wurde;
c. Sicherstellen, daß keine Behinderungen
der Bewegung des Torflügels bestehen.
3. Der Getriebemotor führt das Manöver
umgekehrt durch (Schließung statt
Öffnung).
a. Den schwarzen und roten Phasendraht auf
der elektronischen Steuerzentrale
untereinander austauschen.

1. De motorreductor doet de poort niet
open of niet dicht, de elektromotor werkt
niet en maakt dus geen geluid of
trillingen.
a. Controleer of de voeding goed is
aangesloten op de elektronische
besturingskast.
b. Controleer of de motor voeding krijgt.
c. Controleer of de zekeringen effici"nt zijn.
d. Controleer of de opstart-condensator van
de motorreductor effici"nt is en goed op
de fasedraden van de motor aangesloten
is.
2. De motorreductor doet de poort niet
open, de motor werkt, maar er is geen
beweging.
a. Controleer het handmatige ontgrendel-
systeem.
b. Controleer of de krachtregeling op de juiste
manier plaatsgevonden heeft.
c. Ga na dat de bewegingen van de poort niet
belemmerd worden.
3. De poort voert de manoeuvre verkeerd
om uit (sluiten in plaats van openen).
a. Verwissel de zwarte en de rode fasedraden
op de besturingskast met elkaar.
