Floor and "H" Joint Assembly for 240S, and 270S
Boats
NOTE: When installing floor boards, identifying numbers of
boards must face up.
1. Insert #1 floor board in bow of boat and install ''H" joint.
NOTE: Each ''H" joint should be installed with the larger flat
side facing up.
2. Insert #3 floor board into transom of boat.
3. Insert #2 floor board into ''H" joint attached to #1 floorboard.
4. Insert ''H" joint between boards #2-3. Press floorboards
until flat.

Floor and "H" Joint Assembly for 310, 340, 380
and 430 Boat
NOTE: Each ''H" joint should be installed with larger flat side
facing up. Identifying numbers on floor boards also face up.
1. Insert #1 floor board in bow of boat and attach ''H" joint.
2. Insert #4 floor board (310/340) #5 floor board (380/430) in
transom of boat and attach ''H" joint.
3. Insert #2 floor board into ''H" joint attached to #1 floor
board.
4. Insert #3 floor board into ''H" joint attached to #2 floor
board.
5. (If boat has 5 floor board system), insert # 3–4 floor board
into "H" joint attached to # 4 floor board.
6. Install remaining ''H" joint (310/340) or #4 floor board
(380/430). Make sure keel valve is aligned in floor board
access hole. Press floor boards down until flat.

Side Joiner Assembly for 240S, 270S and 310
Boats
1. Side oar (a) under bottom of boat to raise floorboards (b)
from flat surface. Attach side joiner (c). Repeat procedure
on opposite side of boat.

2. Install seat.
3. Fully inflate boat by attaching foot pump hose to each of the
valves, while maintaining a balance of air between air
chambers. DO NOT inflate any chamber to full capacity at
one time. Top off each chamber to 250 MBAR. To insure a
positive air tight seal, the valve caps must be installed after
the boat is inflated to operating pressure.
4. Inflate keel and install valve caps.
Side Joiner Assembly for 340, 380 and 430 Boats
1. Side oar (a) under bottom of boat to raise floorboards (b)
from flat surface. Attach side joiner (c). Repeat procedure
on opposite side of boat.
NOTE: 380 and 430 Models have 2 piece heavy duty
side joiners which must be slipped together before
installing into floor board system.

2. Install seat.
