4) Insert the water level sensor into the hole of the water tray.
5) Place the water tray onto the water tank.
6) Insert the silicone tube into the water pump.
7) Connect the water pump with the small water tray.
8) Place the water pump into the tank through the water tray and insert the power cable in the wire slot. Plug the
adapter into a wall socket to activate the pump.
Cleaning & maintenance
Your fountain should be cleaned regularly. The cleaning frequency depends on the number of animals that use the fountain:
the more animals use the fountain, the more often the fountain requires cleaning.
Filter: Our coconut shell activated carbon filter effectively catches fur and debris, makes water fresher and improves taste.
For best results, replace your fountain filter every month.
Warning: Not using a filter will void the product's warranty.
Fountain: Clean your fountain ideally every week, using warm soapy water.
Pump: Cleaning the pump is essential to the longevity of your fountain. The pump should be cleaned at least once a week
