 Now select the option OSD UP/DOWN and
press the shutter release button again to access the
submenu.

 Press the QP1QHH button repeatedly to scroll through
the available options (OSD UP or OSD DOWN).
 Press the shutter release button to select an option.
 In order to exit the menu, press the QP1QHH button
again until the EXIT option appears and confirm
your selection by pressing the shutter release button.
