HOTPLATE
• Stainless steel models are suitable for all hob
types, including induction.
• On electrical and induction stoves, use a hot plate
or hob or ring size of diameter of equal or lower
than the base of the pressure cooker.
• On a ceramic hob, make sure that the base of the
pot is clean and dry.
• On a gas hob, the flame should not lick out from
around the base of the pressure cooker.
• On all sources of heat, make sure that your pressure
cooker is correctly centred.
• Not suitable for use on an Aga
