8. Troubleshooting

If the c-Go fails to perform properly, please check
the status display on the unit first. Two flashing
displays indicate an error status. The error code

Upon elimination of the error cause the c-Go may
be rebooted by disconnecting the unit briefly from
the power supply.
Possible causes
Mains supply not connected
Vehicle battery voltage low
c-Go or supply cable failure
A problem has been found
Possible causes and solution(s)
Reboot the c-Go. If the problem continues, contact the service
department
Mode the battery and the c-Go to a warmer place.
If the problem continues, contact the service department
Allow the c-Go to cool down for 15 minutes. Restart the charging
procedure. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. If the problem per-
sists, contact the service department
Check the battery and the wiring. Restart the charging procedure.
If the problem persists, contact the service department
Disconnect the battery and check the polarity
may be determined by observing how many times
the displays are flashing. In case of an error the
following flashing sequence will run:
