RESETTING THE OIL-DYNAMIC CIRCUIT LEVEL
You need to fill up the oil-dynamic circuit only after a long period of work, when you note a power loss.
To start with, you have to eliminate the eventual remaining air in the oil-dynamic circuit, the riveting tool must be in vertical position, the
air supply must be connected. Remove the plug (D) from the hole (D1) and introduce the top of the small oil bottle furnished with the tool.
Remove the screw cap (C) from the hole (C1) and fill with hydraulic oil (HLP 32 CST) into the hole (D1) until you fill it up, you can check
the level from the hole (D1). Replace the screw cap (C) in the hole (C1), remove the oil bottle and close the hole (D1) with the plug (D).
Be sure that you have fastened well the screw cap and the plug. Clean the tool from any overflown oil during the resetting operation. We
recommend to apply carefully to above instructions and use always gloves when you handle the tool.If you need to empty fully the hydraulic
circuit, you must put the oil in a suitable container and contact a Company that is authorized to discharge any waste.
WARNING!!! DESCONNECT AIR FEED WHEN PERFORMING THOSE OPERATIONS
BEFORE DISCONNECTING THE COMPRESSED AIR HOSE, MAKE SURE THAT IT IS NOT UNDER PRESSURE.
REMPLISSAGE DE L'HUILE DU CIRCUIT HYDRAULIQUE
Le remplissage de l'huile du circuit hydraulique est necessaire apres une longue periode de travail, quand l'on remarque une diminution
de puissance. Cette operation de remplissage doit eliminer l'air eventuellement presente dansle circuit hydraulique et, dans ce but, il faut
mettre l'outil en position verticale et brancher l'alimentation de l'air. Enlever le bouchon (D) de l'orificie (D1) et y introduire le reservoir
a huile en dotation. Ensuite, enlever le bouchon (C) de l'orificie (C1) et remplir d'huile hydraulique (HLP 32 CST) a travers l'orificie (D1)
jusqu'a total remplissage. Verifier que l'huile atteigne le bord de l'orificie (Cl). Remonter le bouchon (C), enlever le reservoir a huile et
fermer par le bouchon (D).
Attention: fermer soigneusement les deux bouchons. Apres avoir effectue cette operation, nettoyer l'otil en enlevant l'huile ecoulee. Il faut
imprerativement suivre les instructions suscitee et les effectuer toujours avec des gants. En cas de vidange totale du circuit hydraulique,
l'on doit verser l'huile dans un conteneur spécial et ensuite, il faut contacter une maison (société) autorisée à l'écoulement des ordures.
ATTENTION!!! EFFECTUER LES OPERATIONS SUSMENTIONNEES LE PISTOLET N'ETANT PAS ALIMENTE!
AVANT DE DÉCONNECTER LE TUYAU DE L'AIR COMPRIMÉ, IL FAUT S'ASSURER QU'IL NE SOIT PAS EN PRESSION.
AUFFÜLLUNG DES ÖLDYNAMISCHEN KREISLAUFES
Die Auffüllung des öldynamischen Kreislaufes wird nach einer längeren Arbeitsperiode notwendig, wenn man eine Abnahme der Kraft und des
Hubes bemerkt. Um die Auffüllung durchzuführen muß man die vorhandene Luft, bei senkrechtstehendem Werkzeug und angeschlossener
Luftzufuhr beseitigen. Entfernen Sie die Schraube (D) von der Öffnung (D1) und setzen Sie den zur Ausstattung gehörenden Ölbehälter
ein. Danach entfernen Sie die Schraube (C) von der Öffnung (C1) und füllen Sie das Hydrauliköl HLP 32 CST in die Öffnung (D1) bis es bei
der Öffnung (D1) auszutreten beginnt. Befestigen Sie die Schraube (C) in der Öffnung (C1), entfernen Sie den Ölbehälter und schließen
Sie die Öffnung (D1) mit der Schraube (D). Vergewissern Sie sich, daß Sie beide Schrauben gut angezogen haben.
Reinigen Sie das Werkzeug von eventuell ausgelaufenem Öl.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen die oben angeführten Anweisungen genau zu befolgen und verwenden Sie bei den Arbeiten Handschuhe. Bei kompletter
Entleerung des Hydrauliksystems das Öl nur durch autorisierte Firmen verwerten lassen.
ACHTUNG!!! OBENGENANNTE EINGRIFFE BEI NICHT LUFTGESPEISTEM NIETWERKZEUG AUSFÜHREN!
WENN SIE DEN DRUCKLUFTSCHLAUCH VOM WERKZEUG ENTFERNEN MUSS DIESER DRUCKFREI SEIN.
LLENADO ACEITE CIRCUITO HIDRAULICO
Es necesario versar aceite en el circuito hidráulico después de un prolongado período de trabajo, cuando se advierte una disminución
de la carrera. La operación de llenado debe efectuarse en forma tal que se elimine el aire que eventualmente puede hallarse en el circuito
hidráulico. Esta operación debe ser realizada con remachadora vertical y alimentación del aire conectada. Quitar el tapón (D) del agujero (D1)
y montar el contenedor aceite en dotación. Desmontar el tapón (C) del agujero (C1) y coloçar aceite hidráulico (HLP 32 CST) en el aguiero
(D1) hasta el llenadvo total. Dicha condición puede ser controlada por el agujero (C1), el aceite debe alcanzar el borde del mismo. Montar
nuevamente el tapón (C), desmontar el contenedor del aceite y cerrar con el tapón (D). Controlar que los os tapones hayan sido aiustado
a tope. Si durante la operación debiera salir aceite, limpiar esmeradamente la remachadora; se recomienda respetar escrupulosamente
las instrucciones antes indicadas y cumplir las operaciones siempre equipados con guantes.Si se efectúa el vaciado completo del circuito
hidráulico, hay que coger el aceite en un contenedor apropiado y contactar con una firma autorizada para la eliminación de desechos.
¡ CUIDADO! AL EFECTUAR ESAS OPERACIONES CORTAR LA ALIMENTACION DE AIRE A LA REMACHADORA
ANTES DE DESCONECTAR EL TUBO DEL AIRE COMPRIMIDO DE LA REMACHADORA ASEGURARSE QUE ÉSTE NO ESTÉ BAjO PRESIÓN.
