Sie enthält wichtige Informationen für einen sicheren und nachhaltigen Betrieb sowie die Pflege und Wartung Ihrer Kami- nanlage. Lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme aufmerksam durch. Besondere Vorkenntnisse sind keine erforderlich.

Die nachfolgenden Abbildungen gelten für sämtliche Formen und Dimensionen von Rüegg-Kamin- ® einsätzen, die mit Thermobrikk ausgestattet sind. Je nach Betriebs- zustand muss dem Feuer für eine ideale Verbrennung mehr oder weniger Luft zugeführt werden. Der Luftregler lässt sich stufenlos bewegen.
  • Page 15 CELTIS & TILIA Bedienungsanleitung 2.15 Klappen für Verbrennungsluft / Konvektionsluft Je nach Ausführung Ihrer Anlage kann in der Nähe der Aussenfassade eine Luftklappe montiert sein. Die Klappe öffnet und schliesst die Zuleitung der Verbrennungsluft. Die Stellungen der Klappen werden mit separaten Schiebern gesteuert. Grundsätzlich müssen die Klappen bei betriebener Anlage voll offen sein.

Halten Sie zur Ver- meidung von Bränden den Sicherheitsabstand X [cm] zwischen brennbaren Materialien und der Feu- ertüre Ihrer Anlage ein.

Beaufsichtigen Sie Kleinkinder bei betriebener Anlage ständig. Klären Sie Jugendliche über die Ver- brennungsgefahr an betriebenen Anlagen auf. 3.7 Schäden an der Anlage Der Betrieb beschädigter oder unvollständiger Anlagen ist verboten!

Die Verwendung unerlaubter Brennstoffe kann giftige Abgasemissionen und Schäden an der Anlage verursachen.
  • Page 20 CELTIS & TILIA Bedienungsanleitung Inbetriebnahme Nehmen Sie Ihre Anlage zum ersten Mal zusammen mit einem Fachinstallateur in Betrieb. Er wird Ihnen die Funktionen und die Handhabung der Bedienelemente ausführlich erklären. Die Materialien der Verkleidung müssen bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme vollständig trocken sein. Steigern Sie die Auf- gabemenge des Brennstoffs in 3 Schritten bis zur maximalen Aufgabemenge.
  • Page 21 CELTIS & TILIA Bedienungsanleitung 6.2 Schadstoffe reduzieren Leisten Sie mit wenig Aufwand einen aktiven Beitrag zur Reduktion von Schadstoff-Emissionen. Die wichtigsten Massnahmen dazu sind: • Anfeuern mit oberem Abbrand • Verwenden erlaubter Brennstoffe • Einhalten der Holzaufgabemenge • Verbrennen mehrerer kleiner Holzscheiter anstatt eines grossen Holzscheites •...
  • Page 22 CELTIS & TILIA Bedienungsanleitung 6.5 Witterungseinfluss In seltenen Fällen kann bei Aussentemperaturen über 15°C ein Stau in der Abgasanlage entstehen. Durch die zu kleine Temperaturdifferenz zwischen der Abgasanlage und der Aussenluft baut sich im Abgaskanal zu wenig Förderdruck auf. Die Rauchgase werden nicht abgeführt. Ein sogenanntes Lock- feuer, welches in kurzer Zeit viel Wärme produziert, kann den Stau unter Umständen auflösen.
  • Page 23 CELTIS & TILIA Bedienungsanleitung 6.10 Feuern mit der angegebenen Nennwärmeleistung Nach mindestens 2 Abbränden mit den Einstellungen aus dem Anfeuern, können sie das Gerät mit der angegebenen Nennwärmeleistung betreiben. Beim Feuern mit der Nennwärmeleistung werden die Bedienelemente so eingestellt, dass ein Optimum aus Wirkungsgrad und Emissionen erreicht wird.
  • Page 24 CELTIS & TILIA Bedienungsanleitung Ausser Betrieb setzen Verpuffungsgefahr! Werden die Bedienelemente zu früh geschlossen, kann im Feuerraum ein Sauerstoffmangel ent- stehen. Die plötzliche Zufuhr von Luft kann zu einer Verpuffung führen und die Anlage beschädi- gen. ▪ Bedienelemente erst verstellen, wenn im Feuerraum während mehr als 5 Minuten keine offenen Flammen mehr sichtbar sind.

Ab Werk sind herstellungsbedingt Farbdifferenzen möglich. Die Oberfläche und die Schnittkanten sind sehr empfindlich und müssen vor äusseren Einwirkungen geschützt werden. Die regelmässige Pflege der Bauteile beugt Schäden an Oberflächen und Schnittkanten vor.

Harmful emissions are greatly reduced during fire-up using this method. The overall quantity should not exceed the permitted loading quantity.

As the temperature difference between the flue gas system and the external air is too low, too little discharge pressure is built up in the flue gas channel.
