DANGER: Risk of electric shock!
▶ Before installing this product: Disconnect the power
supply to the boiler and all other line voltage power
connected to the system.
▶ Before commissioning: Install the cover ( Fig. 12,
page 8).

The three zone valve, Supply Temperature (LLH) Sensor
and 24 V input terminals are not factory installed for
ease of installation. Only plug them in if they must be
connected.
4.2

Electrical connections

DANGER: Risk of electric shock and violation of
standard!
The danger associated with voltage transfer between
the line voltage and low voltage as the result of
unintentional loosening of a conductor at the connecting
terminals or direct contact with single-insulated cables
must be prevented.
▶ Ensure that line voltage and low voltage cables are
properly separated by the partition.
How the power connection is made depends on the
installed system. The description presented in Fig. 9
and 11 is a suggestion for how to make the power
connection.
4.2.1 Connecting power supply and circulator pumps
(line voltage side)
The maximum power draw of the connected
components and assemblies must not exceed the power
output listed in the technical data for the CZM100.
The cover must be removed to make the power connections.
▶ Use electrical cable type AWG14 for the connection in compliance
with local regulations.
▶ Only connect cables of comparable quality.
▶ Ensure that the phases of the main power connection are in the
correct order.
▶ Connect only components and assemblies listed in these instructions
to the outputs. Do not connect any additional controls that operate
other system components.
