Troubleshooting
Use only original spare parts. Damage resulting from
spare parts not supplied by the manufacturer is not
covered under warranty.
If a fault cannot be corrected, contact the service
technician responsible for your area.
The status indicator indicates the operating status of the CZM100.

Remedy
▶ Switch ON power.
▶ Replace fuse when the
power supply is switched
off ( Section 6.1).
▶ Check BUS connection
and repair if necessary.
▶ Replace module.
▶ Set the code switch.
▶ Shorten the BUS
connection.
▶ The corresponding
instructions for the
CRC100/CRC200 and
the service manual
contain additional
information for
troubleshooting.

Replacing a fuse

DANGER: Risk of electric shock!
▶ Electrically isolate the boiler and system
components. Secure against unintentional
reconnection and make sure the power supply is
disconnected.
To replace a fuse the cover of the module has to be removed. Each step
is displayed in  Fig. 19 / 20, page 17.
1. Release fuse.
2. Take defective fuse out of fuse socket.
3. Dispose of defective fuse.
4. Replace fuse into fuse socket.
5. Secure fuse.
6. Fit the cover.
