The electromotor starts up, but the diamond cutting

blade doesn't turn:

Check if the bolt is tightened suﬃciently on the ﬂange

set.

Check if the gear wheel transmission functions well.

Turn around the driven shaft and attentively listen

if the armature revolves simultaneously. If not, please

contact a specialist to check the machine.

The diamond cutting blade is running but swings:

Check if the ﬂanges and the centre of the diamond

cutting blade are clean. Remove visible dirt.

Check the straightness of the diamond cutting blade.

In case of doubt contact your supplier.

In case of oscillation by clearance on the bearing

or a crooked shaft, contact the supplier. Working with

a swinging blade can lead to dangerous situations.

The diamond cutting blade cuts too slowly.

Check the saw depth. Cutting in concrete or stone has

to be done in steps of 2,5 to 5 cm. Depending of the

hardness of the stone (medium hard, abrasive stone

material) a 5 until 8 cm saw depth is possible.

The diamond cutting blade is blunt. The diamond

grains are worn out and not sticking out of the metal

bonding. Check this by scratching your nail at the

edge of the diamond cutting blade. In case of a blunt

blade you feel a polished surface. You can easily

solve this problem by making some cuts into an

abrasive stone material. A special grindstone is

available.

The power of the motor can go down by using

extension cables. The saw speed also goes down and

the diamond cutting blade becomes blunt. Do not use

extension cables longer than 30 meter. A minimum

thickness of 2,5 mm² is necessary. In case of using

cable drums these need to be unrolled completely.

The type of blade is not suitable for the material to be

sawn. You need a different kind of blade for cutting

concrete or hard stone and cutting abrasive materials.

The direction of the rotation of the diamond cutting

blade does not correspond with the direction on the

machine. Depending on the time length of the incor

rect use, the direction of the diamond cutting blade

must be changed or contact the supplier for a profes-

sional advice.

The diamond cutting blade does not rotate centrical-

ly. By pushing the diamond cutting blade into

the material, the diamond textures will break and

the diamond cutting blade becomes blunt. When

the diamond cutting blade is worn out eccentric the

manufacturer has the possibility to make it centric

again.

WARRANTY

For the machine, a guarantee period of 12 months applies

from the moment of delivery. Guarantee claims must be

shown by submission of purchase invoice. The guarantee

includes the repair of defects which have occurred and can

be linked by to material or manufacturing faults.

Not covered by guarantee:

• Defects or damages which have arisen due to incorrect use

or connection.

• Machine overload.

• When maintenance has been carried out incorrectly or

badly.

• Information in the manual has not been properly

followed.

• The machine is used by unqualiﬁed persons.

• If the machine is used for purposes for which it is

unsuitable.

• The machine is repaired using unoriginal parts.

• If the machine encryption is damaged or deleted.

• If defects are caused by ﬁre, damp and/or transport.
