- Remove the door handle, turn through 180° and then
attach again.
- Press the silicone plugs into the remaining holes for the
door fixing bracket (observe hinge on left or right side).
• If the upper unit is also to be fitted with CleanJet
a) Screw hose guide "102 cover" (pos. 9) to hose guide
"102 rear" (pos. 8) using M4 x 10 screw. page 8/9 "E"
Upper unit:
• If upper unit is fitted with CleanJet
a) Pull out cleaning agent/rinse aid tank.
b) Disconnect connector hoses and remove the tank from
the unit
c) Remove left side wall. Disconnect cleaning agent/rinse
aid suction hoses from the pumps and remove from the
unit.
N.B. Note connection colour coding on the hoses
- Use countersunk head screws to attach the "ventilation
pipe extension" fixing bracket to the ventilation pipe of the
top bracket.
- Place the upper unit on the lower unit so that the feet are
held in place by the pins of the cover stiffening plate.
- Adjust the height of the feet to ensure that the unit is
level.
• For units with CleanJet
a) Draw suction hoses from the Y-joint of the lower units
through the top, bottom and floor hose ducts.
b) Guide suction hoses through the floor opening of the
upper unit into the electrical control space of the upper
unit.
c) Cut the hoses to the necessary lengths and attach them
to the pumps (observing colour coding)
d) Fit the hoses with the self-adhesive holder for cable
binder to the bottom of the upper unit.
e) Fix the hose guide top cover with the cap nut to the
stiffening plate
- Push the ventilation pipe extension through the opening in
the fixing bracket and connect it to the ventilation opening
of the bottom unit.
Once the Combi-Duo has been positioned in its final location:
Connect hose set (pos. 5) to complete connector set and
screw suction hoses with their relevant screw covers on to
the respective cleaning agent or rinse aid containers.
