CONNECT Button
The CONNECT button is used to access the connectivity features of the product, including
connecting to Bluetooth Smart and ANT+ HR chest straps, connecting to smartphones and
tablets via Bluetooth LE, and connecting to Bluetooth headphones.

PROGRAM SETUP MODE

In the PROGRAM SETUP MODE the user can select from six different workout types.
The six workout types include the following:
1. Manual
2. Hills
3. Intervals
4. Heart Rate Control (HRC)
5. Custom
6. Saved
