Measure from the bottom of the straight edge to the lowest point
of the compressed area to find the depth of the compressed
area (compression depth B).

Put the measurements you have obtained into following formula
(compression depth divided by mattress depth multiplied by
100) to determine the amount of compression (compress
percentage): C = B / A x 100.
