If an attempt is made to charge the battery packs
outside of the specified ambient temperature range
(see safety precautions), the charging process will
be prevented automatically and this will be indicated
by the lower LED on the battery packs blinking.
Disconnect the battery packs from the Charge Box
and restart the charging process at room temperature.
LED blinkiing – Temperature error
Because naturally occurring minimal differences due
to production can occur, the charge indicator in the
Lenz heat app* only serves as a general indicator.
Charge the product after every use. This helps extend
the life of the battery packs and ensures that the
product is ready for use at any time.
The battery consists of lithium ion cells and can be
charged in any state. For this reason, the battery does
not need to be fully discharged before charging.
