Tips for the user

Place products inside the ventilated saladette after the desired temperature is clearly
visible on the display.
Fill appropriate GN containers with ready-to-serve food products, then place the
containers inside the ventilated saladette. Use the supplied partitions as shelves for
GN boxes.
Warm food should be cooled to room temperature prior to placing in the ventilated
saladette.
If possible, seal, cover or pack the food products.
When placing products inside the ventilated saladette, ensure that sufficient space is
left between the device's interior walls and food products in storage for free
circulation of air.
To reduce cold loss, keep doors and covers open for as short a time as possible.
Do not open them more often than is necessary.
When greater amounts of products are inside the ventilated saladette or when its
door/cover is held open for longer periods, the device uses more energy and may be
damaged more quickly.
To avoid unpleasant odours inside the ventilated saladette, it is recommended to
observe the best-by date for food products in storage.
In the event of a power failure, avoid opening doors if possible in order to avoid
cold loss.
After a power outage or after removing the plug from its socket, do not
connect the device to a power source for at least 5 minutes.
