LIMITED WARRANTY - USA AND CANADA
Every MILWAUKEE power tool (including cordless product – tool, battery pack(s) & battery charger and Work Lights – cordless fl ashlights) is war-
ranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or
replace any part on an electric power tool which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for
a period of fi ve (5) years* after the date of purchase. Return of the power tool to a MILWAUKEE factory Service Center location or MILWAUKEE
Authorized Service Station, freight prepaid and insured is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included with the return product.
This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE
authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
*Every MILWAUKEE V™-technology (V18™ & V28™) LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack and M18™ XC LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack is warranted for
fi ve (5) years / 2000 charges from the date of purchase, whichever fi rst occurs. The fi rst 1000 charges or 2 years of the warranty, whichever fi rst
occurs, are covered through free replacement of the defective battery. This means that for the earlier of the fi rst 1000 charges or two (2) years from
the date of purchase/fi rst charge, a replacement battery will be provided to the customer for any defective battery free of charge. Thereafter, the
remaining charges up to a total of 2000 or the remainder of the fi ve (5) year period from the date of purchase, whichever fi rst occurs, will be covered
on a pro rata basis. This means that every customer gets an additional 1000 charges or three (3) years of pro rata warranty on the V™-technology
LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack and M18™ XC LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack depending upon the amount of use.
*A MILWAUKEE M28™ LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack is warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
*The warranty period for ALL other LITHIUM-ION Battery Packs is two (2) years from the date of purchase.
*The warranty period for Ni-CD Battery Packs, Job Site Radios, M12™ Power Port and Trade Titan™ Industrial Work Carts is one (1) year from
the date of purchase.
*This warranty does not cover Air Nailers & Stapler, Airless Paint Sprayer, Gasoline Driven Portable Power Generators, Hand Tools, Hoist – Electric,
Lever & Hand Chain, Reconditioned product and Test & Measurement products. There are separate and distinct warranties available for these
products.
Warranty Registration is not necessary to obtain the applicable warranty on a MILWAUKEE power tool product. The manufacturing date of the product
will be used to determine the warranty period if no proof of purchase is provided at the time warranty service is requested.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE EXCLUSIVE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVERY MILWAUKEE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CONDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE
THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL MILWAUKEE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR FOR ANY COSTS, ATTORNEY FEES, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR DELAYS ALLEGED TO BE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ANY DAMAGE TO,
FAILURE OF, OR DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PROFITS. SOME STATES
DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR
EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WRITTEN
OR ORAL. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILWAUKEE DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITA-
TION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE; TO THE EXTENT SUCH
DISCLAIMER IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS
WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO
THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

LIMITED WARRANTY - MEXICO, CENTRAL AMERICA AND CARIBBEAN
TECHTRONIC INDUSTRIES' warranty is for 5 year since the original purchase date.
This warranty card covers any defect in material and workmanship on this Power Tool.
To make this warranty valid, present this warranty card, sealed/stamped by the distributor or store where you purchased the product, to the
Authorized Service Center (ASC). Or, if this card has not been sealed/stamped, present the original proof of purchase to the ASC.
Call toll-free 1 800 832 1949 to fi nd the nearest ASC, for service, parts, accessories or components.
Procedure to make this warranty valid
Take the product to the ASC, along with the warranty card sealed/stamped by the distributor or store where you purchased the product, and
there any faulty piece or component will be replaced without cost for you. We will cover all freight costs relative with this warranty process.
Exceptions
This warranty is not valid in the following situations:
a) When the product is used in a different manners from the end-user guide or instruction manual.
b) When the conditions of use are not normal.
c) When the product was modifi ed or repaired by people not authorized by TECHTRONIC INDUSTRIES.
Note: If cord set is damaged, it should be replaced by an Authorized Service Center to avoid electric risks.

LES INSTRUCTIONS
Lors de l'utilisation d'outils électriques, toujours suivre les
consignes de base, notamment :
Avant d'utiliser le lampe de travil, lire ce manuel de l'opérateur, le manuel de l'opérateur de la batterie
et du chargeur, et toutes les étiquettes de la batterie, du chargeur et de le lampe de travil.
• Lire et bien comprendre toutes les instructions
avant d'utiliser l'appareil.
• Pour réduire les risques de blessures, porter
une attention particulière lorsque le produit est
utilisé en présence d'enfants.
• Avertissement – La lentille devient très chaude
pendant l'utilisation. Pour réduire les risques de
brûlures, ne pas toucher à la lentille si celle-ci est
chaude.
• N'insérez jamais dans la douille pour am-
poule des ampoules autres que celles de
MILWAUKEE. L'insertion d'ampoules d'une autre
marque que MILWAUKEE peut entraîner un court-
circuit de la pile et des blessures.
• Rangez la lampe de tavail hors de laportée des
enfants. Chauffer les lumières de travail peuvent
devenir hasardeuses dans les mains d'enfants.
• Ne pas utiliser cet outil à l'extérieur. Ne pas
utiliser cet outil à l'extérieur.
• S'il s'agit d'un outil rechargeable, utiliser exclu-
sivement le chargeur fourni par le fabricant afi n de
le recharger.
• Si l'outil est doté d'une lampe à ampoule amov-
ible, toujours débrancher l'outil avant de remplacer
l'ampoule. Consulter la section « Spécifi cations »
pour obtenir des renseignements sur les ampoules
de rechange.
• Familiarisez-vous avec votre lampe de travil.
Lisez attentivement ce manuel pour apprendre
les applications, limitations et risques inhérents
au maniement de ce genre d'outil.

• Doit être rechargée seulement avec le chargeur
spécifi é pour la pile. Un chargeur adapté à un
certain type de pile peut créer un risque d'incendie
s'il est utilisé avec d'autres piles.
• N'utiliser la lampe arisez-vous avec votre
lampe de travil sans fi l qu'avec le bloc de piles
spécifi é. L'utilisation de toute autre pile peut créer
un risque d'incendie.
• Lorsque le bloc-batterie n'est pas en service,
tenez-le à l'écart d'autres objets métalliques
(trombones, pièces de monnaie, clés, clous, vis,
etc.) susceptibles d'établir un contact électrique
entre les deux bornes. La mise en court-circuit des
bornes de la batterie peut produire des étincelles
et constitue un risque de brûlures ou d'incendie.
• Entretenez les étiquettes et marques du fab-
ricant. Les indications qu'elles contiennent sont
précieuses. Si elles deviennent illisibles ou se
détachent, faites-les remplacer gratuitement à un
centre de service MILWAUKEE accrédité.
