Refi ll reminder
After 30 days the symbol lights up on the display (2)
replace the liquid. In addition, a beep sounds every 5 minutes as a reminder. After fi lling,
you have to press the buttons SET (1) and
to reset the 30-day countdown. The display shows "FULL".

Safety switch

The device has a safety switch which automatically places the device into standby if the
device topples over. The device continues to emit warning tones until it is placed upright
again.

Filling the Tank

PLEASE NOTE!
■ Do not overfi ll the tank! The MAX mark on the tank must not be exceeded.
■ Thoroughly clean the tank before fi lling it again.
1. Make sure that the device is switched off and has been disconnected from the mains
power!
2. Push down the two safety catches (9) on the left and right of the housing. The tank
(8) is detached from the main unit (Fig. C).
3. Pull the tank out of the main unit.
4. Fill the tank with the thermal brine.
5. Insert the fi lled tank into the main unit.
6. Press the two safety catches down and at the same time press the tank upwards
in the main unit. In this position you release the safety catches to fi x the tank in the
main unit.
7. After fi lling the tank, simultaneously press the buttons SET (1) and
prox. 3 seconds in order to reset the 30-day countdown. The display shows "FULL".

Setting Up and Connecting the Device

PLEASE NOTE!
■ Only connect the device to a socket that is properly installed and matches the tech-
nical data on the type plate of the device. The socket must also be readily accessible
after connection so that the connection to the mains can quickly be isolated.
■ Unwind the connecting cable fully before connecting up the device.
■ Lay the connecting cable in such a way that it does not become squashed or bent and
does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
1. Place the device on a dry, even, solid and moisture-resistant surface with clearance
of at least 30 cm above it and to all sides.
2. Connect the device to a socket.
