Operating Elements and Functional Overview

The device has the following operating elements and functions:

To activate the fast scan of the adjustable values in the setting mode, the SET button
has to be kept pressed.
By briefl y pressing the

Display illumination

The display illumination goes out approx. 30 seconds after the last button is pressed.
Press any button to switch on the display illumination.
Fan
The fan has three diff erent speed levels, which you can set in the standard mode by
pressing the
The set level is indicated by the corresponding symbol in the display (2) (see "Device at
a Glance" - "Display").
When using the device with the timer, the speed level of the fan is set with the
SET (1) button (see the "Use" - "Using the Device with the Timer" chapter).
Timer
If the device is used with a timer, the fan switches on at the set start time and switches off
again automatically at the end time. For the device to work with the timer, the time has to
be set and the device must be in standby mode.
If "12:00" appears in the display (2) after the device is switched on, the time has
not yet been set. The device is in the factory setting.
