10.2 Troubleshooting
Fault
The operating display
is blank.
The displayed weight
value changes constantly.
The weight readout dis-
played by the device
is obviously wrong.
For a conformity-assessed
device: The [Invalid weight
value] display appears.

Cause
The device is disconnected.
The power supply unit is not
connected.
The installation site is unstable.
A foreign object is positioned bet-
ween the weighing pan and
the housing.
The device has not been calibra-
ted and adjusted.
The device was not tared before
weighing.
The cause of this fault is displayed
after pressing the [Change] key.
At the same time, the "Toggle bet-
ween weight units" function is lo-
cked.
ISOCAL.E.: The device needs to be
calibrated and adjusted.
WARMU.xx.: The device is in the
warm-up phase and has not yet re-
ached its operating temperature.
xx = remaining time in minutes
VALUE.ERR.: The displayed value
is invalid.
Remedy
Check the connection to
the power supply.
Connect the power supply
cable to the power supply.
Adjust the parameter for
the ambient temperatures.
Change the installation site.
Remove the foreign object.
Calibrate and adjust the de-
vice.
Tare the device.
Calibrate and adjust the de-
vice.
Comply with the warm-up
time after switching the de-
vice on.
Set the device to zero.
