Caution! If the air compressor does not have an

in-line lubricator, the product must be lubricated every
2–3 hours of constant use.

Make sure that the product is in its "OFF" position.
Do not push the trigger lever.

Connect the air supply hose to the plug of the air
inlet. (Figure 6)

Set the working pressure to 6.3 bar.

Turn the air regulator fully counter-clockwise (A).

Slowly push the trigger lever (B) to start the
product operation.

Turn the air regulator to adjust the speed (C).
6.1
To connect a dust bag to the
product
The revolving tube attachment rotates to prevent an
attached dust bag or tube to become twisted.

Remove the protective cap from the vacuum
adapter.

Attach the revolving tube attachment onto the
vacuum adapter. (Figure 8)

Attach a dust tube or dust bag to the revolving
tube attachment.

6.2 To check the amount of in-line
lubrication
Prevent excessive amounts of oil.
● Put a sheet of paper next to the exhaust ports of the
product and hold the throttle open for approximately
30 seconds. If the in-line lubricator is correctly set a
light stain of oil is collected on the paper.

Transport
● Do not lift or transport the product by the air hose.

Storage
● If the product is not going to be used for a long period
of time, keep the product in a clean and dry place,
where children and pets do not have access to it.
● Keep the product in a dry area, protected from direct
sunlight and wet conditions.

To prepare the product for
storage

Put a large quantity of air tool oil into the plug
connected to the air inlet.

Start the product and let it operate it for
approximately 30 seconds to make sure the oil is
equally distributed in the product.

Maintenance
● Drain water from the air compressor tank and
condensation in the air lines after each use. Water in
the air line can cause damage to the mechanism of
the product.
● Clean the tool all over with a cloth after each use.
● Examine the air inlet screen filter for blockage weekly.
Clean the air inlet screen filter if necessary.
● Flush the product with gum solvent to clean it from
dirt and debris if necessary.
