Connecting powered blinds
The mechanical and electrical installation and setup of the device must be performed by a qualified
technician who has demonstrated skill and knowledge related to the construction and operation of marine
equipment and installations, and who is familiar with the applicable regulations of the country in which
the equipment is to be installed and/or used, and has received safety training to identify and avoid the
hazards involved.
NOTE Before connecting the powered blinds, the safety instructions must be read thoroughly.
The powered blinds are available for a connection to a 12 V , 24 V , 110 V
product label on the product provides important information on the specifications of the motor.
Adjusting the blind stop
If the top stop or bottom stop is not at the desired level, contact your local Dometic representative for stop
adjustment (see chapter Warranty).
Connecting DC motors
NOTICE! Damage hazard
Only for Atlantic 24R and Somfy Sonesse 30 DCT: The motor control cable must be
connected to a dry contact device. Any voltage on the control wires will cause irreparable damage to the
motor.
Ensure that a 12 V or 24 V stabilized power cable is available for the drive at the point of installation.
