● Always wear approved safety glasses to protect the
eyes during operation of the air compressor. '
● Do not push the disc or stone too hard against the
material.
● Control the pressure and surface contact between the
product and the workpiece.
● Let the product get to full speed before you start the
operation.
● Do not overload the product. If it becomes hot during
use, let the product become cool.

Connect the air hose to the product. (Figure 5)

Use your thumb to slide the throttle locking lever
forward and pull the trigger. (Figure 6)

Turn the air regulator clockwise or counter
clockwise to adjust the rotation speed. (Figure 7)
Note! Settings 1, 2, 3, 4 are only for reference and does
not show a specific output. The "Setting 1" is the lowest
speed while the "Setting 4" is the highest.

Turn the air regulator until the until the product
operates in applicable speed.
Note! The product will stop the operation some seconds
after the trigger is released.
5.2.1 To disconnect the product from the
compressor
Note! Refer to the compressor instruction manual on
how to stop the operation of the compressor and release
the compressed air.

Stop the compressor.

Operate the product until it stops to release all the
compressed air.

Disconnect the air supply hose from the product.

Transport
● Do not lift or transport the product by the air hose.

Storage
● If the product is not going to be used for a long period
of time, keep the product in a clean and dry place,
where children and pets do not have access.
● Keep the product in a dry area, protected from direct
sunlight and wet conditions.

Maintenance
Warning! Always stop the compressor and release
the pressure completely before you do maintenance or
repair.
● Clean the product if necessary.
● Drain water from the air compressor tank and
condensation in the air lines before and after each
use. Water in the air line can cause damage to the
mechanism of the product.
● Clean the tool all over with a cloth after each use.
● Examine the air inlet screen filter for blockage weekly.
● Clean the air inlet screen filter if necessary.
● Flush the product with gum solvent to clean it from
dirt and debris if necessary.
8.1
Lubricate the product
The product has a grease nipple (A) to provide a facility
for lubrication of the drive gears. (Figure 8)
● After extensive use, lubricate the product with a
general purpose grease, use an applicable grease gun.
