3.7 Die Fräswerkzeuge
Durch eine Vielzahl von verschiede-
nen Fräswerkzeugen ist es möglich,
mit wenigen Handgriffen die AIR-
TEC-Fräsen auf anwendungs-, bzw.
oberflächenspezifische Bedürfnisse
umzurüsten. Alle Maschinen arbei-
ten nach dem Prinzip der lose auf
einer Achse sitzenden Fräswerk-
zeuge. Durch die Rotation der Fräs-
trommel entsteht an den Querach-
sen eine Fliehkraft, wodurch die
Fräswerkzeuge „ausgeworfen" wer-
den und auf die zu behandelnde
Oberfläche
schlagen.

3.7 Les outils de fraisage
Comme l'opérateur dispose de
nombreux outils de fraisage diffé-
rents, il peut adapter facilement les
fraises AIRTEC aux besoins spécifi-
ques de l'utilisation respective de
l'installation ou aux surfaces trai-
tées. Toutes les machines fonction-
nent selon le principe des outils
installés sur un axe, mais non ser-
rés. La rotation du tambour de fraise
suscite sur les axes transversaux
une force centrifuge qui pousse les
outils de fraisage vers l'extérieur;
ceux-ci frappent alors la
surface à usiner.

3.7 Milling tools
A variety of different milling tools
enable AIRTEC millers to be refitted
with ease for each application or to
match each surface. All these ma-
chines work on the principle of loose
milling tools on an axle. The rotation
of the milling drum generates a
centrifugal force at the lateral axle
which "throws up" the milling tools
so that they come into contact with
the surface to be treated.
