3. Use the stylus supplied to press and hold down the stylus switch
(see Using the stylus switch) for more than 6 seconds until the
multi-adapter indicator light stays steadily lit. Note that during those
6 seconds the indicator light will continue to flash, but continue to
hold down until the indicator light stays steadily lit.
4. This is similar to the pairing process, but CONTINUE to hold the
stylus switch down while the indicator light is on.
5. After a few more seconds you will see 1, 2, or 3 longer 'blinks'
(longer flashes). After the blinking stops, the standard active mode
flash will continue every second. You may find it easier
to listen for beeps in the headset which occur at about the same
time as the blinks. The number of blinks or beeps corresponds to
the output level of the multi-adapter (microphone input level of the
phone) as shown in the table below.
6. Release the stylus.
7. To change to a different microphone level, you will need to
repeat steps 1 to 6. The last number of blinks or beeps (step 5)
corresponds to the microphone input level setting. Every time you
do steps 1 to 6, you cycle between settings of High, Med, Low,
High, Med, Low, etc.
