Note:
When pulling the hose: grab hose near the ball stop (3). Do NOT pull the terminal or the pneumatic tool.
When rewinding the hose: always hold the hose until the retraction is finished to avoid injury hazards or
damage. If the hose should slip from your hand or if you let go, it could whiplash risking hitting you or nearby
belongings.
When not in use, it is advisable to store your reel indoors in a dry location. Always lock up product and keep it
out of reach of children.
Remark:
If the hose cannot be retracted after using for a certain period of time, this may be caused by the spring that is
fatigued. DO NOT OPEN THE HOSE REEL HOUSING!
The internal spring mechanism is held under load and is dangerous if released. If retraction problem occurs,
please contact your local distributor for advice and assistance
VI. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Before any intervention on product, ensure that product is disconnected from its compressed
air source.
WARNING! Risk of injury from pre-tensioned springs. Do not open the hose reel!
6.1- Maintenance
Clean plastic parts with a soft clean cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleansers (solvents or abrasive cleansers), or an abrasive sponge.
Do not put or immerse product in water or any other liquid.
Make sure that no foreign objects enter inside the reel.
6.2- Storage
- Clean product before storage.
- Keep product, user manual and accessories in the original packaging.
- It is recommended to store the product in a clean, dry location, protected from frost, and keep it out of
children's reach (e.g. lock it up).
- Do not store product in temperatures lower than 0ºC (32ºF).
- Do not place or store any object on top of the product.
6.3- Disposal
- Do not dispose with household garbage. Do not throw into the environment.
Dispose of the product in a waste collection centre or seek advice from your local municipality.
- Proceed with disposal of the product, accessories and packaging according to local regulations regarding the
protection of the environment.
