1. Important safety instruction
Please read the operation manual carefully before you start to operate the torque
wrench. contact the manufacturer for any questions. so as to avoid safety
accidents and damage to the torque wrench.
1.1 In order to maintain good accuracy, it is recommended to recalibrate
approximately once a year or each 5000 times
1.2 Make sure the torque wrench is set correctly before use (the torque is set on
the minimum scale for shipment).
1.3 Please go professional inspection department to perform regularly inspection
for function and accuracy , in order to avoid injury accidents or damage the torque
wrench, the individual must not disassemble the assembly.
1.4 After using the wrench, adjust to the minimum torque; If you do not use the
torque wrench for a long time, rub on the anti-rust oil and store in a dry place.
1.5 Do not using torque wrench as a hammer, or using pliers to clip wrench,or
using wrench in the water.
1.6 This product is intended to apply a specific torque force to a fastener such as
a nut or bolt. Do not use this product to loosen blots, screws or the other fastener,
since it might damage the ratchet and the calibrated settings.
1.7 To prevent damage to the product, stop applying pressure when the "click"
sound is heard. To remind that the "click" sound is acoustically weaker with lower
torque settings
1.8 Use only within rated torques range.
