Technical support
The heating does not turn on:
- Check if the gas bottle is empty.
- Check that the gas holder is correctly connected and that the gas pressure matches the specifi-
cations of the stove.
- Check that everything is connected as described above.
If you have just changed the gas bottle:
- There may be gas in the pipes. Hold the stove rotary knob a little longer and try again.
- The gas bottle may be too cold, make sure the gas bottle has a
temperature equal to the environment.
The stove goes out:
-If the stove breaks down, try relighting it first.
- If the stove breaks down after starting, check whether the gas bottle is still sufficiently full.
- If the stove breaks down after a short time, the oxygen deficiency protection may operate.
Ventilate the room immediately and try to light the stove again later.
- Never move the stove when it is lit, the fall protection may
be activated.
SYMPTOMS
1. The piezo does not turn
on automatically
2. The piezo does not light
automatically but with a
match.
3. The stove does not
stay lit when the ignition
button is released.
4. When all three panels
are on (maximum heat)
and one or more of them
appear to have a lower
intensity than usual
5. There are issues with
the panels lighting up
when moving from posi-
tion 1 to position 2 or 3.
6. Burning smell
ISSUE
The spark from the elec-
trode is absent.
The spark is in the
wrong position relative
to the gas flow.
The electromagnetic
valve closes while the
stove is on
(a) Gas nozzles are
blocked.
(b) The tube is partially
blocked.
(a) Air current going in
the opposite direction of
the flame.
The flame position of
the lighter is not good.
There is a piece of ce-
ramic missing from the
panels.

SOLUTION
Check that the piezo button is working
correctly and that the electrical wire is
not damaged.
Change the position of the spark plug
so that the spark reaches the gas.
(a) Make sure the probe
The thermocouple is positioned
towards the piezoelectric flame.
(b) Make sure the junction between
the thermocouple and the valve
is tightly closed. Check the ther-
mocouple and solenoid valve.
(a) Remove and clean the nozzle
mouth. Remove the tube, remove the
nozzles and blow into the tube.
a) Change the position of the stove so
that it is not subjected to
Air Currents.
Position the piezo so that it reaches
the corner of the second panel as well
as the first.
Inspect each panel and find where the
ceramic is missing. Contact the seller.
