e) Changing operating mode or charge/discharge current for all
battery slots at a later time
After inserting a battery, the voltage of the battery is displayed for 4 seconds, followed by the
charge current "200 mA" for another 4 seconds. The charge cycle then begins.
If you need to change the operating mode or the charge/discharge current for all battery slots,
proceed as follows:
• Press and hold the "MODE" button (6) for approx. 1 second. The battery voltage appears in
the LCD display for all battery compartments with a battery inserted.
• Select the operating mode by briefly pressing the "MODE" (6) button.
• Change the charge/discharge current (depending on the selected operating mode) by briefly
pressing the "CURRENT" button (4).
• Wait a few seconds for the settings to be applied.
f) Toggling the display
By briefly pressing the "DISPLAY" button (5) several times, you can view various data in the
display during the charge/discharge process (first select the desired battery slot with buttons
"1" to "4").
• Charge current (mA)
• Battery voltage (V)
• Charged/discharged capacity (mAh)
• Current charge/discharge time (HH:MM, hours:minutes)
If a duration of 20 hours is reached or exceeded, the display starts again at "0:00".

10. USB output

The USB output (9) on the back of the charger can be used to charge a smartphone, for ex-
ample. The USB output has the standard voltage of 5 V/DC; it provides a current of up to 1 A.
