Problem
The battery status LED does not
flash green, although the power
adapter is connected and plugged
into a wall socket.
The battery is not charging.
The screen is dirty or smudged.
The text is too small or large to read.
LED lights produce glare on
reflective surfaces.

Solution
• Ensure that the barrel end of the power adapter is firmly plugged
into the device's power port.
• Check whether the power outlet is functioning properly. If the outlet is
connected to a wall switch, make sure the switch is set to ON.
• Use the supplied power adapter to charge the eMag 70 HD.
Connecting the device to a USB port will not provide sufficient power to
charge the battery.
• Make sure the barrel end of the power adapter is firmly plugged into the
device's power port.
• Check whether the power outlet is functioning properly. If the outlet is
connected to a wall switch, make sure the switch is set to ON.
