Ingredients: 100 g cake flour, 5 eggs, 50 g oil, 80 g sugar, a small amount of lemon juice, 55 g milk.
1. separate the 5 egg yolks from the whites, add 20g of sugar to the yolks (leave the whites, you'll need them
later), mix with the whisk attachment on level 6 until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the milk and
continue to mix evenly on level 6.
2. pour in the oil and continue whisking until smooth.
3. add the cake flour sifted through a sieve and mix evenly to a smooth paste and transfer to another bowl.
4. add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add the remaining sugar in 3 batches and beat with a
whisking tip on level 5-6 to a stiff froth.
5. with 1/3 of the beaten foam, fold it into the egg yolk mixture and mix evenly and very gently with a spatula,
pour the mixed mixture into the remaining foam and again mix very gently and evenly.
6. grease the surface of the cake tin with oil, then pour in the resulting mixture.
7. Preheat the oven to 150!, set the top and bottom heat mode and bake for about 50 minutes until beautifully
golden.

Resolution of typical faults
Fault
The device suddenly stops
working during use.
The unit does not respond to
the speed control knob.
Excessive noise during
operation of the unit.
Cause
It may happen that the
machine has been running for
too long or the ambient
temperature is too high,
causing the machine's motor
temperature to be too high;
the machine triggers an
overheating protection
programme - automatic
shutdown.
The appliance plug is not
properly inserted from the
socket.
The arm of the unit is not
lowered correctly, the arm lift
lever is not locked.
1.The machine will run louder
in high gear than in low gear.
2.The amount of ingredients
being mixed is too high,
causing the machine to
overload.
3.Voltage is not stable.
4.The operating time is too
long.
Solution
Set the speed control knob to
"0", disconnect the power
supply, wait for the machine to
return to room temperature so
that it can be restarted (usually
15-30 minutes are needed, the
ambient temperature changes
the cooling time).
Check that the power plug is
properly connected to the
socket.
Ensure that the machine arm
is lowered correctly and that
the arm lift lever is locked.
1.Select the correct gear for
mixing food as recommended
in the instructions.
2.Reduce the amount of mixed
ingredients.
3.If the voltage is unstable, wait
until the voltage stabilises
before using the device.
4.If the operating time is too
long, stop operation and wait
for the unit to cool down.
