The machine is now ready to be used
(READY).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.-
MANUAL MODE P-1.
With the program selection for (P-1)
on
the
display,
QUICK/START key and the machine
will begin to operate after a 3 second
countdown period, as shown on the
time display (A), and at a speed of
1km/h.
The display will show a lap counter
that operates in an anti-clockwise
direction, each time you complete a
lap you will have run 0.4 km.
You can increase or decrease the
speed setting in MANUAL mode by
pressing
the
SPEED
between 1 – 18km/h, you can also
increase
or
decrease
setting by pressing the quick access
keys (D), the said keys correspond to
values of 1– 2– 4– 6– 8– 10km/h.
By pressing the inclination keys () you
can adjust the elevation INCLINE, for
values between 0-15.
There are also INCLINE function quick
access
keys
(B),
correspond to 2– 4– 6– 8– 10– 12.
The machine will stop if you press
the STOP/START key or if you
remove the SAFETY KEY (g).
Pressing the QUICK/START key will
restart the exercise at the point where
you stopped. If, however, you press the
STOP key for more than 5 seconds
while the machine is stopped, then it will
reset itself back to READY status.
PROGRAM MODE P-2 / P-7.-
The monitor has 11 programs; P1
MANUAL plus preset programs: P2;
P3; P4; P5; P6; P7; P8 Competition
program; P9 - P10 User program; P11

purpose of which is to exercise the
heart.
Whenever this option is enabled and
your heart rate reaches the pre-
press

selected

Each of the preset programs (P2 to
P7) has 10 separate Incline settings
(L1- L2- L3- L4- L5- L6– L7– L8–L9–
L10) which means there is an option

COMPETITION PROGRAM P-8.-
This program simulates a competition

Once you have programmed one or
