Page 65 Er mag geen enkel spoor van het reinigingsmiddel achterblijven op de afdichting. EuroCave adviseert om uitsluitend een neutrale zeepoplossing te gebruiken. Indien reiniging met dit type oplossing niet toereikend blijkt te zijn, is het mogelijk om bij wijze van uitzondering een oplossing op basis van ethanol te gebruiken.
