The pressure gauge is type approved for monitoring and control of filters, compressors, pumps and other
machinery components like marine boilers, heat transfer systems, pressure vessels, bilge-water
collection, sanitary and cooling-water systems, pressure boosting systems, heating and cooling systems,
fire-extinguishing systems.
The selection of the pressure gauge type premises that the pressure medium is not corrosive against
wetted parts.
Only products bearing the DNVGL Mark on the product and/or product packing are certified.

Periodical assessment
For retention of the Type Approval, a DNV GL Surveyor shall perform periodical assessment after two
years (+/- 90 days) and after 3.5 years (+/- 90 days) to verify that the conditions for the Type Approval
are complied with. Refer to the Class Programme DNVGL-CP-0338, Sec.4.
