12. Faults
The motor fails to start
Causes
No voltage
Pump impeller is blocked - thermostat has switched off
The pump fails to draw in any water
Causes
Suction valve is not in the water
No water in the pump compartment
There is air in the suction line
Suction valve has a leak
Suction basket (suction valve) is clogged
Max. suction head exceeded
Insufficient delivery rate
Causes
Suction head is too high
Suction basket is dirty
Level of water sinks rapidly
Pump output reduced by contaminants
The thermostat switches off the pump
Causes
Motor overloaded - excessive friction
caused by foreign bodies
Caution!
Do not allow the house waterworks to run dry.
