S T E P 0 1
Remove the griddle
body from the packaging and
lay it upside down on a smooth,
flat surface with the help of
another person.
Pull the locking pin to release the
legs and raise them to a vertical
position. Use the pre assembled
wheel bolt and nut to attach the two
(2) wheels to the legs as shown.
S T E P 0 2
Place the bottom shelf between the legs. On the caster side of
the body, place the propane tank support in place and use the M6x40 thumb
screw to attach the shelf and the support to the griddle body. Use the M6x60
thumb screw to attach the other side of the shelf to the griddle legs.
