Ensure, after desired grinding adjustment is set, to tighten back the locking knob by
completely screwing it.
NOTE! It is reommended to grind small amounts of coffee, letting the burrs empty with every
regulating attempt, by opening and closing the shutter (8 Fig. 5) each time.

Note: Due to the shape and design of the burrs, for the first use only, a short run-in period of
grinding coffee beans is necessary to obtain a consistent weight of the shot.
To change the grinding time of both shots, enter programming mode by holding down respectively
button (13 Fig. 4) for programming the single shot or button
double one until the signalling LED lights up.
Once you are in programming mode (LED lit), pressing button
by 0.1 second while pressing button
pressed, after 5 seconds the LED blinks three times to indicate that programming has been
completed correctly and that the coffee grinder is now ready to work with the new set time.
Note: When you are in programming mode (LED lit), holding down both buttons for 3 seconds
returns the shot time being changed to the factory setting (which is 5 seconds for the single shot
and 10 seconds for the double shot); the LED blinks three times to indicate that programming has
been completed and that the coffee grinder is again ready to dispense coffee.
