VACUUMING DRY OBJECTS
To vacuum dry objects, do as follows:
1. Insert the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum nozzle (2) on the collection tank, before pulling the
vacuum hose press the button (3) for unlocking the catch (Fig.1).
2. Select the most suitable accessory for the work to be carried out. Insert the selected accessory into
the vacuum hose, if necessary also use the extension tubes.
3. Insert the plug (4) of the power supply cable (5) in the mains supply socket (6) (Fig.2).
ATTENTION: Do not exceed the maximum mains impedance value allowed for the electrical
connection point (see Technical Data). Please contact your electrical energy supplier if in
doubts concerning mains impedance on the connecting point.
CAUTION: Do not insert the power cable into the socket of the mains plug with wet hands.
4. Switch on the machine by setting the main switch (7) to "I" (Fig. 3).
5. Start work.
N.B. : If the type of work requires it, also start the second vacuum motor.

ATTENTION: Risk of damage! If dry vacuuming, never remove the cloth filter while vacuuming.
Vacuuming fine dust requires the replacement of the cloth filter with a more appropriate
cartridge filter (optional component).
If when working a reduction in the vacuum power is noted or the noise of the appliance becomes
louder:
•
Switch off the appliance by positioning the main switch (7) to the rest position (Fig. 3).
•
Remove the plug (4) of the power supply cable (5) from the mains supply socket (6) (Fig.2).
WARNING: To prevent damaging to the mains socket, disconnect the plug from the mains
socket by directly pulling the plug and not the power cable.
•
Remove the vacuum head (8) using the handle on it, before removing the head loosen the locking
hooks (9) on the side of the collection tank (10) (Fig.4).
•
Remove the cloth filter from inside the tank (11) (Fig.5), shake it and clean the cloth filter.
N.B: If the surface of the filter is extremely dirty, brush the filter with a normal soft brush to clean
it thoroughly.
•
Empty the collection tank.
N.B. : The place intended for this operation must comply with local environmental regulations.
•
Repeat the operations in reverse order to start working again.
N.B. : If the previous operations have not resolved the low vacuum, switch off the machine and
remove blockage from the vacuum hose or from the accessories being used.

VACUUMING WET OBJECTS
To vacuum wet objects, do as follows:
1. Remove the vacuum head (1) using the handle, before removing the head loosen the locking hooks
(2) on the side of the collection tank (3) (Fig.1).
2. Check that the cloth filter (4) has been removed (Fig.2).
N.B: If cartridge filters or dust collection bags are used instead of the cloth filter, make sure
they have been removed.
3. If present, check that the optional foam filter (5) has been inserted correctly under the vacuum
head (Fig.3).
N.B. : For use on wet surfaces, ensure that the inside of the collection tank is free of any
dust before use. For use on wet surfaces the accessory to be used is always that with the
squeegee rubber and we recommend removing the cloth filter.

4. Put back the vacuum head (1) on top of the collection tank (3), remembering to secure it with the
hook catches (2).
5. Insert the vacuum hose (6) from the vacuum nozzle (7) on the collection tank, before pulling the
vacuum hose press the button (8) for unlocking the catch (Fig.4).
6. Select the most suitable accessory for the work to be carried out. Insert the selected accessory into
the vacuum hose, if necessary also use the extension tubes.
7. Insert the plug (9) on the power cable (10) into the mains socket (11) (Fig.5).
ATTENTION: Do not exceed the maximum mains impedance value allowed for the electrical
connection point (see Technical Data). Please contact your electrical energy supplier if in
doubts concerning mains impedance on the connecting point.
CAUTION: Do not insert the power cable into the socket of the mains plug with wet hands.
8. Switch on the machine by setting the main switch (12) to "I" (Fig. 6).
9. Start work.
N.B.: If the type of work requires it, also start the second vacuum motor.
N.B.: The machine is fitted with a mechanical device (float) under the vacuum lid. When the
collection tank is full, this device shuts off the air to the vacuum motor to protect it; you will
recognise this condition by the deeper noise made by the motor. Empty the collection tank (read
the section "EMPTYING THE COLLECTION TANK").

If you want to vacuum liquids with the front squeegee do as follows:
•
Unscrew the knobs (13) in the squeegee body pre-assembly (Fig.7).
•
First of all insert the left pin (14) in the squeegee body into the left slit (15) in the squeegee support
(Fig.8).
•
Insert the right pin in the squeegee body into the right slit in the squeegee support .
•
Fix the squeegee body to the support by tightening the knobs (13) (Fig.9).
•
Insert the vacuum tube (16) in the sleeve (17) in the squeegee body (Fig.10).

•
Insert the vacuum hose (6) from the vacuum nozzle (7) on the collection tank, before pulling the
vacuum hose press the button (8) for unlocking the catch (Fig.4).
•
Switch on the machine by setting the main switch (12) to the work position (Fig. 6).
•
Bring the front squeegee into contact with the ground by lightly pressing downwards on the
squeegee control pedal (18) then moving it to the left just enough to release it from the catch
(Fig.11).
•
Proceed with the vacuuming.

If when working a reduction in the vacuum power is noted or the noise of the appliance becomes
louder:
•
Switch off the appliance by setting the main switch (12) to the rest position (Fig.6).
•
Remove the plug (9) on the power cable (10) from into the mains socket (11) (Fig.5).

socket by directly pulling the plug and not the power cable.
•
Remove the vacuum head (1) using the handle, before removing the head loosen the locking hooks
(2) on the side of the collection tank (3) (Fig.1).
•
Empty the collection tank (read the section "EMPTYING THE COLLECTION TANK").
N.B. : The place intended for this operation must comply with local environmental regulations.
•
If present, remove the optional foam filter (5) (Fig.12) and clean it, clean with a damp cloth also the
mechanical float (19) (Fig.13).
•
When dry, fit the foam filter again (Fig.3).
•
Repeat the operations in reverse order to start working again.
