The high voltage transducer does not require maintenance.
The high voltage transducer must not be opened.

Return of Goods

Do not open the high voltage transducer.
If you have complaints, please contact Knick before returning the high
voltage transducer and observe the information about how to return
a product on our website:
www.knick.de (select your language) > Service > Repairs
Cleaning
The high voltage transducer may be cleaned with oil-free compressed
air.
• Always de-energize the input and power supply of the high voltage
transducer before cleaning it.
WARNING! Shock potential.
Observe the safety instructions during all troubleshooting measures,
see page 40.

First Steps for Troubleshooting

• Check if all insulated wires are properly connected.
• Check the power supply.
– When the power LED lights green, power supply is connected.
• Check the input signal.
– Check if the input signal is actually present.
• Check the output signal.
– Measure the voltage output, e.g., by connecting a multimeter to
the test jacks of the output terminals.
– Measure the current output via the monitor output, e.g., by con-
necting a multimeter to the test jacks of the output terminals.
