ELECTRONIC BATHROOM SCALE - BODY FAT ANALYZER
WEIGHING-ONLY OPERATION
1. Step onto the scale and stand still while the weight is computed (Fig.1).
2. The screen displays the weight (Fig.2).
3. The scale turns off automatically after a few seconds.
BODY FAT AND TOTAL BODY WATER ESTIMATING OPERATION
1. Set User Memory
Press the [ ] key to enter body fat and total body water estimation mode.
The memory number will blink (Fig.3). Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] to select user
memory (1-4). Press [
2. Set Height
The height blinks (Fig.4). Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] key to adjust the height. When
Height is correct, press [
3. Set Age
The age blinks (Fig.5). Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] key to adjust the age. When Age
is correct, press [
4. Set Gender
The gender icon blinks (Fig.6). Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] key to toggle between male
[ ] and female [ ]. When Gender is correct, press [
5. Set Normal or Athlete
The Normal icon blinks (Fig.7). Press the [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] key to toggle between
Normal (N) or Athlete (A). The Athlete mode is not applicable for age under 15.
After choose, press [
6. Measuring
All personal information stored into memory will be displayed. Then, the scale
shows "0.0" (Fig.8). Step on the scale with bare feet and stand still while the
weight is being measured.

7. Weight, body fat percentage and total body water percentage will be displayed 2 times sequentially (Fig.9).
The scale turns off automatically after a few seconds.
