• Before each use, verify that the heater is in
good condition and that the electrical cord is
not damaged: in the case of doubt, ask for
professionally qualified help.
• Make sure that the cable is correctly
positioned and that it is not in contact with
hot parts or sharp edges, nor wrapped
around the device or twisted.
• Position the fan heater far from other
sources of heat, inflammable materials
(curtains, carpets, etc.), inflammable gases
or explosive materials (spray cans) and from
materials that can deform on exposure to
heat. Make sure that there is 100 cm of free
space in front of the fan heater and 40 cm on
the sides. Do not use the heater in the
immediate vicinity of a bathtub, shower or
swimming pool (to avoid drops of water
falling on the heater or the heater falling in
the water), or in places where it could be
subject to shocks.
• The support surface must be stable and not
sloping (since the heater could tip over).
• Make sure that the fan heater is working
correctly: if not, turn the heater off and have
it checked by professionally qualified
personnel.
• Make sure that the air-intake grid is not
obstructed by objects, fabrics or anything
else to avoid the heater overheating or
breaking.
• Do not hook-up the device to a heat control
systems, programmer, timer or other device
that could turn the fan heater on
automatically, to avoid the risk of fire.
• In the event of a breakdown or poor
operation, turn the fan heater off and ask for
professionally qualified help.
OPERATION
Please read these instructions carefully and
familiarise yourself with your New
CONVECTOR HEATER before first use.
Ensure that the voltage indicated on the
identification plate corresponds with the mains
voltage.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - ALWAYS
MAINTAIN SAFETY WHEN WORKING WITH
ANY APPLIANCE
Check that the mains voltage corresponds
with the rating of the appliance before
operating.
To protect against electric shock, do not
immerse cords, plugs or appliances in water or
any other liquid.
Do not leave any appliance unattended while
it is operating.
Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children or infirm
persons.
Unplug from outlet when not in useing or
before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on
or taking off any parts.
Do not operate the appliance with a
damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance
has been damaged in any manner, if the
supply cord or appliance is damaged ,it must
be replaced by the manufacturer or
it is service agent on a similarly qualified
person in order to a hazard.
The use of accessory attachments not
recommended by the appliance manufacturer
may cause injuries.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a
table or counter or let it come into contact with
any hot surfaces
To disconnect-remove the plug from the
outlet. Do not pull plug out by the cord.
Do not use this product for anything other
than it is intended use. This appliance is for
household use only.
No liability can be accepted for any damage
caused by non compliance with these
instructions or any other improper use
mishandling.
Ensure the Convector is on an even surface
between the Convector and objects in the
room Should be at least 50cm.
Don not cover the Convector, do not let
combustible objects near or touch unit.
When the unit is running, at first you will hear
a small noise . This is normal and does not indi
-cate a faulty unit Unpack the Convector and
make sure to remove all packaging and
dispose of correctly.
Remove the Feet from the box and attach to
underside of the Convector with the screws
supplied.
