Return for repair
Important:
For safety reasons, only clean and decontaminated
instruments will be accepted for inspection or repair.
- Thoroughly clean and decontaminate the instrument.
- Call 800-543-4030 for a Return Authorization Number
- Send the AutoRep M in a suitable packing container
to Rainin Service, Rainin Road, Woburn, MA 01801,
describing:
- The nature of the problem
- What samples have been used
Note:
No warranty claims can be considered if non-author-
ized repairs (repairs other than by trained Rainin tech-
nicians) have been made or attempted.

Retour pour réparation
Important:
Par mesure de sécurité, seuls des instruments pro-
pres et décontaminés seront acceptés pour révision
ou réparation.
- Nettoyer et décontaminer soigneusement l'instrument.
- Téléphoner au 800-543-4030 pour obtenir un numéro
d'autorisation de retour.
- Retourner l'AutoRep E dans un emballage adéquat à
Rainin Service, Rainin Road, Woburn, MA 01801, en
indiquant:
- la nature du problème
- quels milieux ont été utilisés
Remarque:
La prétention à la garantie est exclue si des répara-
tions non autorisées (autres que celles exécutées par
des techniciens qualifiés Rainin) ont été effectuées ou
essayées.
