Encode tip cannot be inserted
Locking/filling lever
cannot be pushed up
AutoRep M dispenses unevenly
Encode tip drips
Possible cause
Locking/filling lever is not pushed
all the way down and is not swung
out
The Encode tip piston is not fully
inserted
Locking/filling lever is not fully
pushed in
Sliding switch is not locked into
position
Encode tip seal worn
Tip loosely mounted

Corrective action
Push the locking/filling lever to its
lower stop and swing it out
Push the piston of the Encode tip
fully into the cylinder.
Make sure locking/filling lever is
fully pushed in
Lock sliding switch into position
Replace Encode tip
Push tip on firmly
